My first order at Su.B.....received the package within 3 days. Great! But they send the wrong colour, so disappointed. Sent an e-mail to Service, received an answer the same day and got the right colour within 2 days and I could keep the other one. Great service, fast response and delivery, despite the (human) mistake at the first delivery. But hey, every one can make a mistake. The quality of a webshop is only tested by how mistakes are solved! So 5 BIG STARS!
